It is noted that generally Marathi Medium Students find it very difficult to cope up with English. This results in their average performance and low level of confidence. Keeping this in mind, Mai Marathi Sanstha, Mumbai has started a new initiative "Reach 2009".

The second programme under the initiative is conducted at Malad from 04th May, 2009. The Inaugural Session of the programme began at 12.30 pm. Members of Mai Marathi Sanstha, Mumbai included Shri Bhushan Paithankar, President, Ms. Manjiri Dabholkar, Ms. Ranjita Shegokar, Shri Rajesh Patil, Shri Chandan Vijaykar. The Principal of the School and Shri Devesh Tendulkar, Faculty Member was also present. The programme will continue for 20 days and a Career Guidance Programme will be conducted after the programme.
